ROSE Holidays offers this tastefully renovated apartment, two minutes from Tanchet beach, in the wooded Pironnière neighbourhood.

Located in a quiet holiday residence (without a lift), at the crossroads of cycle paths and close to the wild coast between ocean, surf spots and beaches.



Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), open to a bright living-dining room with TV, sofa, table and chairs, overlooking a balcony equipped with a plancha and garden furniture.



Night side:



1 bedroom "master suite" with double bed (140), TV, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, storage and washing machine.



1 children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90) and a wardrobe.

Séjour agréable

Appartement très bien équipé, dans une résidence très calme. Il faut compter 10 minutes à pied en marchant d'un bon pas, 15 sinon pour accéder à la 1ère plage. Les 3 minutes en vélo mentionnés sont un peu exagérés. Pas de réseau ou très peu jusqu'au restaurant La Folie situé à côté. Canapé et chaises pas très confortables. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien équipé proche de la mer. Seul point noir pas de rais eau internet la cle 4G ne fonctionne pas
