In the heart of the village of Portes en Ré, a few steps from the beaches, a 7-room house, on one level, full of charm, not overlooked, with a wooded garden.
The front door opens onto a pretty courtyard with a well which serves the main house and an independent house of 2 bedrooms with, for one a bathroom and WC, for the other a shower room (shower and WC)
In the main house, a very large bright living room with fireplace, the master bedroom with a bathroom and WC and an interior patio with a shower. The interior dining room opening onto the garden is adjoining the kitchen and a pantry. A vestibule with bathroom and guest WC.
The wooded and lit garden offers a large terrace and a covered summer dining room, a barbecue and a brazier are at your disposal
A shed in the garden accessible from a dead end allows you to store bikes and surfboards
An extra bedroom with shower and WC.
In total 130m² of living space on a plot of 680m²

Maison absolument géniale, situation idéale aux Portes dans une rue néanmoins très calme.Maison pleine de charme, beaucoup d’espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, possibilité de vivre ensemble et aussi de se poser pour des moments plus calmes. Magnifique jardin avec une grande table à l’ombre d’un auvent, indispensable sous ce soleil !Et propriétaires adorables, très réactifs et particulièrement attentionnésMerci pour tout !
