Duplex overlooking the pool

La Vedruna is a Masia, located within the urban center of Les Planes d'Hostoles. Impressive and superb, surely enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries. In its magnificent facade oriented to the east there are two arcaded galleries, ground floor and first floor of brick and stone, from the 19th century, in the northeast there are different terraced bodies. The house fell into disuse and it was in 2000 when it was in a dilapidated state, the Vidal family acquired it. A restoration by the grandfather Joan Vidal began for a few years, turning this Mas as it is today, following a laborious restoration process to preserve its initial architecture, with its porticoed facade so remarkable. From here it was decided to divide it into several very cozy apartments for stays of days, months or long stays.

The village of les Planes de Hostoles is known for its natural pools where visitors can take a bath in the middle of nature. Les Planes de Hostoles belongs to the region of La Garrotxa known for its volcanic zone and beech trees (Fageda d'en Jordà)
