The living room, fitted with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a pleasant terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue, outdoor furniture, a parasol and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing moments and barbecue evenings with family or friends.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a small electric oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a chest of drawers, a shower room and a separate WC.
Upstairs, the villa offers a mezzanine with a BZ-style sofa bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two 80 cm bunk beds.
A washing machine is available in the outdoor garden shed.
A private parking space (No. 53) completes the amenities.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
