Quintessential ski chalet at the foot of Mont Blanc 5 mins from the nearest ski lift perfect for winter and summer holidays with family or groups of friends . Completely renovated in 2022 to a high standard with underfloor heating , 3 beautiful bathrooms , log fire, heated towel rails, ski room with boot rack, stylish well equipped kitchen set up for entertaining and open plan living . Ski lifts, supermarket , pharmacy and restaurants are all with in a 5 - 10 min walk from the chalet and the vibrant town of Chamonix with all its amazing shops and restaurants is a 10 min drive . There is ample parking for 4 cars and a garage with direct access into the house . At the rear is a terrace and a large garden with views of the summit of Mont Blanc towering above. To the front of the chalet is a large dining terrace built over the garage with utterly stunning views of Les Houches ski slopes and the valley far below.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find Smart TVs. Kitchens, washing machines, and 3 bathrooms are also standard.
