Gîte des Pampilles - LES HAIES

Farm based gîte for 12 people (5 bedrooms), located about 40 km South of Lyon, in the Pilat nature Park, near cities of Vienne, Givors & Condrieu. On site, children and adults will have the opportunity to learn about the activity of farming & goat rearing, to attend the milking, to taste the 'Rigottes de Condrieu' (PDO cheese). Warm welcome assured by Laurence & Mickaël. Converted typical house made of local stone, on 3 levels (country-style décor, exposed beams, panelling). Ground floor : large entrance hall, WC, large living room (lounge area with decorative fireplace, dining area), open kitchen (traditional oven). 1st floor : bathroom (shower + bathtube), shower room, 2nd WC, 4 bedrooms (160 x 200 cm double bed) (140 x 190 cm double bed) (two 90 cm single beds) (three 90 cm single beds, stairs leading to 2nd three-bedded room upstairs). Upper floor, large bedroom with three 90 cm single beds (stairs leading to the other three-bedded room on lower floor). Cot and high chair on request. 2 raclette grills available. Wonderful views of the countryside & The Alps (on clear days) from the windows of the living room, the kitchen and the double-bedded rooms. Outdoors : landscape courtyard shared with the farm buildings. Parking. Pets are not allowed, except cats. You are on a working farm with 150 goats. As a result, in summer, the flies on site are numerous and can prevent having lunch outside. All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort.

The vacation home features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
