Description: Ground floor: entrance - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + cupboard - shower room (sink, shower, wc) - fitted kitchen area (dishwasher 6 place settings, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, low fridge) open onto the living room equipped with a stove + TV + DVD + English satellite + access to a large covered terrace facing south - from the living room access to the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and its adjoining bathroom (bathtub, sink, wc) + 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and adjoining bathroom - from the living room you access the lower ground floor: 1 door with outside access - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + chest of drawers and its bathroom adjoining water - large technical room with washing machine and dryer + large American fridge.
