A wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a lovely sheltered south-facing terrace complete the picture. Located in the Char Rond area, just 150 m from the green ski slope and the lake. A free shuttle bus stop is 150 m away. Bicycles are permitted in a storage room in the basement. Electric heating. Two private outdoor parking spaces.

Description: Ground floor: entrance - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) + wardrobe - shower room (sink, shower, toilet) - fully equipped kitchenette (6-place dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small refrigerator) opening onto the living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided) + TV + DVD player + English satellite TV + access to a large covered south-facing terrace - from the living room, access to the first floor: 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) and their en-suite bathrooms + 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and its en-suite bathroom - from the living room, access to the lower ground floor level: 1 door with external access - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) + chest of drawers and its en-suite shower room - large utility room with washing machine and dryer + large American-style refrigerator. The bedrooms on the first floor have a ceiling height of less than 1.80m. Electric heating. No pets allowed. No smoking.
