This bright, south/west/east-facing apartment offers stunning views of the village and surrounding area. It offers excellent comfort and tasteful decor. Located on Route des Chavannes, 800 m from the shops, 1 km from the ESF ski school and the resort center. A shuttle bus stop is 150 m from the residence. There is a garage at the entrance to the property; there is no space for a second vehicle; please provide a parking space outside the property. Ski locker on the ground floor. Electric heating.

Description: Entrance hall + cupboards - Large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen area (dishwasher, sink, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) - Spacious living/dining room with sitting area and TV, access via bay window to the corner balcony, overlooking the village - WC. - 1st floor: 1 spacious bedroom with exposed beams, equipped with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90) + cupboards, access to a south-facing balcony with views of the village - 2nd spacious bedroom with exposed beams, equipped with 2 single bunk beds (90) + 1 single bed (90) + cupboard + chest of drawers - Bathroom (bath, sink, storage) - The bedrooms on the 1st floor are less than 1.80m high in some places.
