LES GETS RENTAL: Comfortable, bright, two-room duplex apartment, equipped for 6-8 people, with a surface area of ??50 m², on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of the "PLEIN SOLEIL" residence. Located on the Chemin du Léry, with direct access to the ski slopes. Ski lifts 30 m away. 250 m from the resort center and shops. Please note that snow gear is recommended as the last 50 meters are steep. Electric heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.

Description: *entrance hall with storage - Living room dining room equipped with a 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140) + 1 flat screen TV + fireplace, access to the balcony, beautiful view of the village and surroundings, facing south - Equipped kitchen area (3 ceramic hobs + mini electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, high and low storage cupboards with complete kitchenware) - * A spacious bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (160) + cupboard - *Bathroom (shower, sink, washer-dryer) - Separate WC. Electric heating - *From the living room access to a mezzanine via a steep miller staircase, height under slope less than 1M50: mezzanine cut into two parts equipped with 2 X 2 single beds. Not recommended for children without adult presence, use with caution. Ski box on the ground floor of the residence. Fireplace closed, no use.
