Bel appartement, bien situé, fonctionnel

Appartement bien situé et très agréable. Literie très confortable. Belle vue et belle luminosité. Le garage est appréciable. Très bien équipé. Gros problème de chauffage. Très bruyant par moment (surtout en pleine nuit). Chauffage à fond ou pas du tout. Pas d'eau chaude après 17h00. Sûrement un chauffe-eau commun qui mériterait d'être en continu. WiFi quasiment inexistant et on ne sait pas où est la box.
