Les Gets Rental: Comfortable, bright, and well-maintained two-room apartment with a sleeping alcove, measuring 32 m², equipped for up to 4/5 people, on the first floor of the "LE PRAZ DU SOLEIL" residence. Located 300 m from the shopping street and 400 m from the ESF ski school and the slopes. On the ground floor of Building A of the residence, there is a laundromat and a bakery. There is a garage space in the basement. Electric heating.

Description: Entrance hall - equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, combination oven/grill/microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, and storage cupboards with cookware) - living/dining room equipped with a single sofa bed (90 cm) + TV - 1 small bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) + closet - 1 cabin area closed off by a curtain equipped with two single bunk beds (90 cm) + a chest of drawers - Bathroom (shower, sink) - WC - ski room.

Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; this is an optional extra; see agency services.
