Description: - Entrance hall with closet - Sleeping alcove with 1 single sofa bed (90cm) - Equipped living/dining room - Lounge area with 1 double sofa bed (140x190cm) + armchairs + TV, access to the south-facing corner balcony - Kitchen area open to the dining room equipped (oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nesspresso capsule coffee machine) storage cupboards with cookware - A large bedroom with 2 twin beds pushed together to form 1 double bed (180cm) with a double duvet + 2 single bunk beds (80cm) + closet + access to the corner balcony - Bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, towel dryer) - Separate toilet - Pets not allowed.
