Experiences

The hotel is small and located next to a moderately busy road so there was some problem with noise. The restaurant is currently closed because of Covid. If we had known this we may have chosen another hotel. But the rooms were comfortable and very clean with friendly owners, a good no frills overnight stop.

Guter Eindruck zerstört durch Diskriminierung

Das Hotel ist sehr romantisch , die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Frühstück qualitativ sehr gut und liebevoll angerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer am Fluss vorab reserviert, das besonders schön war, die Reservierung wurde uns mit 8€ am Tag berechnet, was ich als zuviel empfand. Die von Inhaber aufgestellten Regeln sind etwas ungewöhnlich, so wurde uns verboten(!) auf dem Zimmer zu essen und wir mussten den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben jedesmal und bei Rückkehr ins Hotel den Inhaber anrufen, damit er und die Tür öffnet. Vom Aspekt der Sicherheit kann ich das verstehen, allerdings macht es doch recht unfrei und es ist unangenehm, jemanden nachts aus dem Bett zu klingeln. Insgesamt trotzdem eine schöne Unterkunft. Der letzte Eindruck wird aber bleiben, da der Inhaber uns regelrecht " angezeigt" hat bei anderen Gästen, dass wir zuviel essen würden. Mein Mann ist zwei Meter groß und ein paar Stücke Baguette reichen leider nicht aus am Morgen. Der Inhaber hatte das am Nachbartisch während unseres Frühstücks den anderen Gästen gesagt: er stellte den Brotkorb, der sonst am Buffet stand, auf deren Tisch und sagte ihnen flüsternd " sonst bleibt für Sie nichts mehr übrig weil die anderen beiden alles wegessen". Leider hat das den guten Eindruck bei uns zerstört. Diskriminierender geht es kaum bei zahlenden Gästen, zumal das Hotel in Verhältnis teuer ist. Ich erwarte Freundlichkeit und Korrektheit von jedem Personal, zumal wir immer freundlich sind!!
