Rapport qualité prix très insuffisant

Le personnel a été très accueillant pour ce séjour dans cette résidence. Mais - Paiement : La procédure de paiement n'est pas sécurisée : ma carte bancaire a été piratée dans leur qui a suivi ma réservation sur Abritel. - Qualité/prix : l'état de la résidence et la prestation de l'appartement ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Les lits ne correspondent pas, les matelas sont inadaptés à la taille du sommier. L'équipement électroménager est digne des années 80. La vaisselle est totalement dépareillée et en nombre insuffisant (il n'y a pas le nombre d'assiette et de couverts nécessaires aux occupants). Les draps sont en microfibres à jeter en fin de séjour : pas écologique. Les prises de courant sont en nombre insuffisants, il y en a une seule accessibles et disponibles pour les occupants. Les casiers à skis et le local ne sont pas ventilés : le matériel ne sèche pas ! Dommage, car la situation est top. On peut trouver de meilleures prestations pour ce prix.
