Large independent chalet on 3 levels. On the ground floor: separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer). On the 1st floor (access by an external then internal staircase): living room-kitchen with access to the terrace and garden, 1 suite (1 double bed 160x200 cm + 1 convertible sofa 140x200 cm, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet). On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with mezzanine (1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single beds 90x190 cm under height less than 1m80) with shower room (shower + toilet) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm) with shower room (shower) and separate toilet. 1 suite comprising 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200 cm + 1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet and living room. Norwegian bath in the garden and brazier on the terrace. Ski and bicycle storage. Private parking (5 cars). Enchanting setting for this chalet located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges where nothing will disturb your stay except the bursts of laughter around the fireplace. At the start of the hiking trails, you will have the choice for skiing in winter (4km from La Féclaz and the Savoie Grand Revard resort, 27 km from Aillons Margeriaz, 33 km from Semnoz). Chalet renovated with great taste, you immediately feel at home. Vast outdoor space between woods and meadows where it will be good to enjoy a Norwegian bath session, a barbecue with friends or a reading break in the shade of the conifers. Great comfort (all included, linen and cleaning, one bathroom per room) and calm guaranteed. At the Col de Plainpalais, the Chalet de Plainpalais offers a mountain atmosphere revisited with finesse. 5 rooms and suites, a spacious living room opening onto the forest, a large plot of land... an ideal place to meet up and spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of a dynamic regional natural park rich in activities.
