Garden shared with the owners. Private parking space for a single vehicle. Heating with reversible heat pump. Modern and cocooning cottage for 4 people. Warm and cozy atmosphere overlooking the Bauges mountains. Outdoor dining area with covered terrace facing south. Quality immediate environment. Shops and services in the heart of the Feclaz resort only in season. Comfortable cottage in the village of Désert, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Privileged location 6 km from the ski slopes and the Savoie Grand Revard Nordic area. Les Aillons-Margeriaz 1400 station 28 km away. Hiking and mountain biking trails near the cottage in summer. Wide choice of outdoor activities, summer and winter, offered throughout the massif. Mottets leisure center and first beach at Lac du Bourget 24 km away. Historic center, capital of the Dukes of Savoy 15 km.
