Apartment of 28 sqm, sleeps 6, functional, well equipped (hair dryer, refrigerator, combined oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue ...) underfloor heating calm and very sunny. It is located in the heart of the resort. Balcony of 4 sqm facing south.
At 50 meters from the sports complex (indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, squash, badminton, table tennis, volleyball), the tourist office, Place Caron (ski school departure ), close to shops, sales packages.
A closed alcove with 2 bunk beds and the main room, 2 click clack sofas very easy to convert.
ski-out access from the rear of the residence (on skis).

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Declining RATE IS HIRING AT THE WEEK. A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required upon booking. . The balance 15 days before your arrival in Val Thorens by check or bank transfer + deposit € 300 by check or bank transfer. Deposit returned after complete checking the apartment by a professional on site.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is in a very central location. Ski out 20 metres and ski straight back to apartment. The apartment was very well laid out and spacious enough for our family of 5. All the kitchen equipment was in great condition. Great correspondence from Corinne. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Val Thorens.

L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Beaucoup de jeunes assez bruyants dans l'immeuble, qui est situĂ© proche de la place Carron, qui gĂ©nĂšre pas mal de bruits la nuit (fĂȘtards) L'appart est bien conçu, les menuiseries extĂ©rieures seraient Ă  changer (courant d'air dans le lit) Bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Sur la piste, aller et retour, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.

Well equipped apartment that works fine for 2 people max 4. The beds need new madrasses, and i would take away one of the sofas to make more space. 6 people in this apartement is tomany. Nice owner.

Nous y sommes fidĂšles, ce n'est pas pour rien!

J'ai découvert cet appart il y a 3 ans. Mis à part le fait que nous adorons la station pour tout ce qu'elle offre, cet appart fait un peu partie de la raison pour laquelle nous y retournons tous les ans depuis 3 ans. L'espace n'est pas énorme mais vraiment bien pensé et aménagé! La table escamotable est TOP! Elle libÚre un volume dingue quand elle est repliée. L'équipement est complet et en bon état de fonctionnement. Le niveau sonore de l'immeuble est trÚs raisonnable vu sa situation : à 2 pas de la place Caron. Nos enfants y ont toujours bien dormi. L'immeuble est rempli de moniteurs ESF : gage de bon emplacement selon nous! A la limite, les seuls quelques points sur lesquels je pourrai "pinailler" seraient : - un nouveau mitigeur dans la douche - je trouve dommage de gùcher tant d'eau le temps de régler la température de l'eau (le froid, le chaud, un peu moins de chaud, un peu plus de froid, c'est interminable avec des enfants) - un rideau qui isole mieux du froid de la baie vitrée ou bien carrément un nouveau vitrage - un bon coup d'huile dans la porte communicante vers le couloir à l'extérieur de l'appartement, le couinement est un peu lourd dingue (...) - un rideau isolant phonique sur la porte d'entrée pour camoufler les quelques bruits de couloir - les casiers sont vraiment vieillissants et mériteraient un bonne cure de jouvence Ceci étant dit, je confirme mes dires! cet appart est IDEAL pour une famille de 4, je le recommande vivement!

Il est situĂ© dans une rue calme au cƓur de la station - Vous trouverez tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement, propre et fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Super pratique de partir et de revenir ski aux pieds. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  deux minutes des commerces et des restaurants et de la place Caron Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine de vacances.
