résidence un peu vieillotte ; besoin d'un coup de peinture ! pas d'acces handicap, pas adapté aux familles avec BB (sdb et wc étroits). couloir très bruyant. Mais idéalement situé, équipement complet, propre ; bon rapport qualité/prix
