Très beau gîté dans une architecture typique de l'Ardèche.Très bien situé, à la fois très au calme et en même temps à 5 minutes du centre-ville avec tous les services.

Séjour aux Assions

Beaucoup de plaisir pendant ce séjour, la région est très agréable et beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir. Le gîte est super de part sa situation géographique, il est grand, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La piscine est très appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schöne Woche im Juni.

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet aber zweckmäßig und gemütlich. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön in super Lage. Sehr ruhig und für Aktivitäten auch sehr gut gelegen. Um das Haus gibt es verschiedene sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. So findet man zu jeder Zeit ein passendes Plätzchen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zu einer Abkühlung ein. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett und freundlich und hat gute Tips für schöne Erlebnisse. Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist großartig am Ende einer kleinen Bergstrasse gelegen, es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen und außerdem einen wunderbaren Pool. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und der Chassezac bietet viele schöne Bademöglichkeiten. Joel war immer für uns da und hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Tagestouren gegeben. Toll!

Aux confins du Vivarais et des Cévennes une demeure lumineuse

Dans une superbe bâtisse entièrement restaurée par lui-même, Joël nous a offert un séjour avec tout le confort dont on pouvait rêver : depuis la belle terrasse, la vue sur les forêts et les gorges alentour est un vrai bonheur Nous aimerons revenir, c’est sûr !

Net buiten de plaats Les Vans een verbouwde boerderij met 3 gites. Van alle gemakken voorzien, prima bereikbaar en precies genoeg afgelegen voor de rust na een intensieve motordag.

une semaine de vacances dans un gite tres sympa au charme un peu desuet et à la propreté irréprochable.. très bonne literie.. seul petit bemol l isolation phonique avec les voisins d en dessus peut etre genante si ceux ci se levent de bonne heure .. mais dans l ensrmvle tres beau sejour. nous recommandons.. merci a joel et a sa femme pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse..

un séjour au calme dans un très beau gite

Pour arrivez au gite, vos mieux téléphonez avant et y aller avec le propriétaire.Le chemin d’accès est sinueux et traverse une petite foret. Le sentier final n'existe pas sur les Gps. La bonne nouvelle c'est qu'une fois arrivé plus aucun bruit de moteur ! Alors que le gite est à seulement 7min de voiture de Les vans, on se trouve en réalité en pleine nature loin de tout et dans un calme exceptionnel. Notre gite l'ombrada est très spacieux, dans un vieille bâtisse en pierre de taille. Il y fait donc toujours frais (il faut bien sur fermer les volets coté sud vers les 10h). Le gite est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Pour faire du vtt, il faut allez au syndicat d'initiative et acheter des plans topo guide (2€). La baignade est à 7min en voiture (demander au propriétaire). Le gite L'ombrada porte bien son nom : on peut y manger dehors à l'ombre du matin au soir. Il y a tout ce qui faut à la ville 'Les vans'. Après avoir vu les 3 gites, notre préférence reste sur le L'ombrada.

Séjour de rêve au Gîte L' Ombrada!!!

Gîte très agréable, tout confort, très propre, très bon accueil, rien ne manquait pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Nous avions l'impression d'être au bout du monde alors que nous avions toutes les commodités à seulement quelques Km! Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter toute l'Ardèche méridionnale, une semaine c'est trop court pour pouvoir tout apprécier!!! Nous recommandons cette location à nos amis amoureux comme nous de ces magnifiques paysages et de ces villages pleins de charmes!! Si nous avons l'occasion à coup sûr nous reviendrons....... Nous demandons seulement au propriétaire de mieux signaler le petit chemin à prendre......mais c'est un détail, une petite pancarte suffirait!
