Divisible studio with two convertible sofas and a double bed (140x190). Kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom, separate WC. Balcony. Ski locker in the residence. Elevator. Non-smoking apartment.

Additional services to pay and to book in advance: Bed linen, Towels, Final cleaning end of stay, Baby cot and baby chair. Animal : 40 €.

THE RESIDENCE : The Arc En Ciel residence is ideal for a family or friends holiday, it is linked to the shopping area with a pedestrian bridge. It is also close to the piste and allows direct a ccess to the 3 Vallees and its hundreds of kilometers of runs. You will be able to park your car in the public carpark or to book an underground parking space through us.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD : Hameau du Mottaret area ideal for skiers. All the residences have very easy access to the slopes. You will find all the necessary shops: mini-market, sports shop, restaurants, bars, etc. You can access the center of Méribel Mottaret station by a free cable car: the Chalets teleport.

Disliked: Cleanliness

Location en mauvais état mais bien situé.

Cette location est très bien placée, proche du parking couvert, des commerces et accès ski au pied facilement. Le problème c'est l’état du logement qui ne correspond pas au photos. Cette location est en mauvaise état, les lambris ne tiennent pas et tombent par terre, d’ailleurs la pose et les finitions font peur ! La plaque sous la baignoire n’est simplement pas fixée et tombe toute seule, la moquette dans le salon est sale et usée, le robinet de la baignoire date des années 90 et impossible à régler correctement. On ne peux pas se doucher car il n’y a rien pour fixer la pomme de douche. Le pire c’est la literie qui est horrible, les coussins sont mort et aussi epais qu’un paquet de cigarette. On a très mal dormis, le lit placée sous la fenêtre très bonne idée pour être malade, on a le froid qui descend sur la tête. Les portes des placards sont toutes de travers, frottent par terre, tape dans les luminaires placés devant. Il n’y a pas de chauffage si ce n’est un radiateur électrique d’appoint, sauf qu’il n’y a pas de prise électrique pour le brancher, il faut débrancher la TV ! J’allais oublier le cable d’antenne de la TV qui traverse le salon par terre ! Niveau équipement, ben c’est le minimum, pas de grille pain, une seule poêle HS, pas assez de couvert, il faut laver à chaque repas. Une cafetière qui a 30 ans et dont le câble est trop court pour atteindre la prise. Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations, nous sommes déçu.
