Very beautiful tuffeau stone building, in the village of Lerné, on the way to St Martin de Tours. The interior is also superbly successful: decoration, choice of colors and layout of the space. A selection of qualities that make it a very pleasant gîte to live in. In the surrounding area, Loire castles (Chinon, Ussé, Azay le Rideau, Langeais, Villandry) and vineyards (Chinon, Bourgueil, St Nicolas) are legion and will contribute to the success of your stay!
Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofas, armchair, etc.), 1st bedroom (3 single beds), toilet, shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 single beds each), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 6th bedroom and 7th bedroom (these are 2 small children's bedrooms on the mezzanine, one with 1 single bed and the other with two single beds). Internet connection (WIFI and RJ45 socket). Wood-fired central heating by pellet boiler (included). Private enclosed garden of 550 m², plancha, pétanque court, vegetable patch, table tennis, children's swing, sandpit. Private parking.

Nous avons passé un très bon Week-end de Pâques, 14 personnes dont trois enfants, même si le temps n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous, ce gîte est remarquablement bien situé entre Chinon/Fontevraut, pas très loin d'Azay le rideau et Langeais, les chambres sont confortables, réparties sur trois niveaux.
