Villa Sofia: apartments for short term holidays.

Villa Sofia,
     In Lerici, in a hilly position overlooking the Gulf of Lerici, a few minutes walk from the beaches of San Terenzo and Baia Blù, you can find a comfortable newly built apartment, part of a "Futurist" style villa with finishes and fine furnishings.
Inside the garden of the villa there are four completely independent new locations:
Tell "Tellaro" location;
 “Fiascherino” location;
 “Portovenere” location;
 “Cinque Terre” location

   The locations "Tellaro" and "Fiascherino" both independent and each of them consists of a two-room apartment (living-dining room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed while in the living room there is a double sofa bed (maximum total 4 people);
   The location "Portovenere" is an independent apartment with a large living-dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The two bedrooms each have two beds while in the living room there is a double sofa bed (maximum total 6 people);
   The “Cinque Terre” location is an independent apartment with a large living-dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. The two bedrooms each have two beds while in the living room there are two double sofa beds (maximum total of 6 people).
All houses are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV. The "locations" are part of a villa with garden, panoramic terrace, barbecue and outdoor swimming pool.
All inclusive formula: consumption, bed linen and towels, Wifi, air conditioning.
Rent also for w. and (minimum two days, one week in the months of July and August).
