Chalet in Leogang near Ski Slopes

This rustic, detached holiday home for a maximum of 12 people is located directly outside the well-known and centrally located village of Leogang in Salzburgerland and on the sunny side of the Leogang Valley, surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps.

The house is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor: ideal for families or friends traveling together. The apartments are both identically furnished, with plenty of space and privacy. On each floor you have access to a cozy and spacious living room with TV, sitting area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a double and single bed, which share access to a modern bathroom. From the sunny balcony or the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In the basement there is a wonderful wellness area (shared use and for a fee). There are parking spaces directly at the house.

In winter you can quickly take the free ski bus in approx. 600 m to the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area, with 270 kilometers of slopes and the Nitro Snowpark, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Of course, there are also plenty of outdoor activities for those who don't like skis, wonderfully cleared hiking trails, tobogganing, cross-country skiing - the trails lead right past the front door.

In summer, the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang, the idyllic natural swimming lake Ritzensee or the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden offer lots of swimming fun!
