This holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is part of a holiday home and is located directly outside the well-known and centrally located village of Leogang in Salzburgerland and on the sunny side of the Leogang Valley, surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house and has a cozy and large living room with TV, seating and dining area and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a single and a double bed, which share access to a modern bathroom have. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the garden can also be used. In the basement there is a wonderful wellness area (shared use and for a fee). There are parking spaces directly at the house.

In winter you can quickly take the free ski bus in approx. 600 m to the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area, with 270 kilometers of slopes and the Nitro Snowpark, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Of course, there are also plenty of outdoor activities for those who don't like skis, wonderfully cleared hiking trails, tobogganing, cross-country skiing - the trails lead right past the front door.

In summer, the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang, the idyllic natural swimming lake Ritzensee or the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden offer lots of swimming fun!
