Tolles saniertes Haus, welches schön, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Es war bei unserer Ankunft auch kuschelig warm, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten.Kritisch zu bewerten ist die fehlende Information, dass das Aufheizen des Wassers vorrangig der eigentlichen Raumheizung ( Fußboden und Heizkörper) durch die vorhandene Heizanlage organisiert ist. Nach dem Duschen (8 Personen) und/ oder Wirlpoolnutzung, ist die Heizung komplett runtergefahren und es war demzufolge recht kalt. Die straßenseitigen Einfachfenster und das kalte und sehr, sehr stürmische Wetter zum Jahreswechsel taten ihr Übriges. Zum Glück gab es viele kuschlige Decken. Und irgendwann war es dann auch wieder wohlig warm.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Herbstwochenende in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Unterwegs waren wir zu acht mit zwei kleinen Kindern, die Aufteilung des Hauses war dafür ideal. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick im Garten war traumhaft, auf dem direkt an das Haus angrenzenden Deich konnte man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Verwaltern war hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende über Midsommar auf dem tollen Grundstück. Das Haus ist top neu renoviert/saniert und sehr modern. Eins der Zimmer hat einen traumhaften Blick und direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, in der Küche hätte man auch viel Platz um mit allen zu sitzen. Im Sommer hält man sich aber sowieso am liebsten draußen auf. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind ein wenig dunkel, aber dafür schön kühl. Andreas ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender und angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir konnten ihn immer unkompliziert erreichen und fühlten uns rund um wohl. In der Nähe ist ein Badesee, den wir auch gerne besucht haben.

Ein tolles Objekt in einer herrlichen Lage

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen hier und es war ganz hervorragend. Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und modernisiert, es mangelt einfach an nichts. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe waren bestens organisiert und sehr freundlich. Vermieter, Verwalter und das Haus samt Grundstück sind vollkommen zu empfehlen.
