Living in the 12 house village of Breetz, spacious rooms, large living kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the edge of the small village of Breetz, with a view of the vastness, the former farmhouse is located on an approx. 2900 sqm, large property, with various seating groups and a fireplace, with a great view of the wide landscape. Here is a lounger and playground with a children's tower. The creative cate was acquired in 1999 by a Hamburg artist, renovated and used as a retreat for a creative work for himself and his Hamburg colleagues. Many artistically designed elements in the house and garden testify to this. Our water plot on Löcknitz, 100 m away, can be used for swimming and canoeing. These can be rented.
