I'm planning on writing a letter to the Orbitz/Expedia management about this stay. The property owners were very sweet and nice. However, the experience was mediocre. Take a look at the pic to the left. All you see are the beautiful cottages. When you read about the property description it doesn't speak about the 200 year house BEHIND the cottages. Therefore, its a bait and switch. I arrived and found this 200 year old home had three levels and my parents are in their 80's and we're on the 3rd floor with no elevator (obviously) and steep, windy steps that no one over 80 should be climbing. This is what should be described to prospective clients. Again, the property managment/owners were very nice and they changed my accommodation. I do hope Finsnes Gaard and Orbitz updates the description and pics to make it accurate as I would never have booked this had i known i was staying on the 3rd floor of an old 200 year old house.
