Beautiful apartment located in the Louvre-Bollaert district
Superb 45m2 apartment with 3 rooms. It is not a residence, this accommodation is located on the 1st and last floor. The ground floor is a storage shed. The style is modern and neat, all in the city center where parking is free on the street. You can stay there from 2 to 4 travelers, the location is ideal, the SNCF train station and the Louvre museum are 5 minutes away on foot. A public garden is located near the accommodation.

A Smart TV placed on a remote wall mount. (With NetFlix + Bein sport subscriptions included in the rental), broadband Internet (Wifi), a 140 x 200 convertible sofa bed and a shoe cabinet.
- Fully equipped kitchen:
Induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, teapot, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc...
- Bathroom :
Shower, washing machine and everything needed for baby change. Supplies such as laundry, hair dryer, shampoo and soap are available.

Wir fanden eine super Unterkunft. Unweit von der Stadtmitte und einer sehr gute Bäckerei 😀. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es einen schönen Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen...
