The rustic-modern furnished apartment is spread over 2 floors and consists of 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, an infrared cabin and a washing machine, while a baby crib, a highchair and board games are available on request. A heated storage room for bicycles or skis is also part of the 4-star DTV certified apartment. From the kitchen you have access to the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun and the view with a glass of wine. Another highlight of the apartment is the private terrace with sunbathing lawn directly on the stream, which invites you to relax. In front of the house is a bus stop, which is also served by the ski bus in winter. A cross-country ski trail also passes directly by the house. The train station and the center of Lenggries, where you can also find some restaurants and cafes, are only a 15-minute walk (1.2km) away. There are four other restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The skiing and hiking area Brauneck is 800m away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400m) from the accommodation.
