Built in 2022 this one of a kind property won’t disappoint whether you want to go jeeping on the beach, get your toes in the sand or put the boat on the water and enjoy Lake McConaughy! Imagine packing your sunscreen, toys, cooler and snacks and in less than a 10 minute drive having your boat in the water. You will absolutely love the open concept kitchen, huge bar and plenty of space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware pots and pans and everything you need to cook up a storm. The HUGE covered porch is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the lake with the most beautiful sunsets! This Lakeview home has 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Master bedroom is huge and could potential fit a queen bed as well as a large walk in closet where a crib or pack and play fits nicely. The family room also has reclining couches and room for blow up bed. Enjoy the large covered porch view of the lake with corn hole and BBQ on the electric grill, charcoal grill or Blackstone with beautiful sunsets.
