Step down lounge room with separate dining area from kitchen. There is a separate AC unit and fans. Great family house with a secured back yard. Undercover back entertaining patio. Close to the local Marina, wialking tracks and parks. Local restaurants , distillery & cafes located at the Marina .Fishing, swimming or kayaking out the front. 20* minutes to Nelson Bay. A well loved property at a great location

We spent a couple of nights at this lovey property during our recent trip and we all had an amazing time. The property is very well equipped and decorated (it even has Christmas deco!), and there was ample space for our kids to play and run around. Sonya was great with communication and the whole checkin and checkout process was seamless. Highly recommended!
