Beach house, sleeps up to 8, with a garden, 200 meters from the lake

Imagine a place where time passes more slowly and the hustle and bustle of everyday life fades into the distance—welcome to our newly built vacation home on Lake Dümmer, completed in 2025.

Just 200 meters from the sparkling shore, a lovingly designed retreat awaits you, combining modern architecture with nature-inspired coziness. The spacious garden invites you to linger: whether enjoying breakfast under the open sky, reading a good book in the shade of old trees, or sipping a glass of wine in the evening sun—everyone will find their favorite spot here.

The adjoining terrace is perfect for long, balmy summer evenings. Let your gaze wander over the lush greenery while you enjoy the soft singing of the birds and the distant lapping of the lake. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring light and nature indoors, creating an airy, cozy living experience.

The house itself captivates with its clean lines, high-quality finishes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere—a place where you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. A short walk takes you to the lakeshore, where you can enjoy the sunset.

Whether you’re looking for an active vacation with water sports and bike tours or relaxing days filled with peace and nature—our vacation home is the perfect starting point for your getaway at Lake Dümmer.
