Riddled with mould!

The room was mouldy! The bathroom was filthy & more mouldy! They’ve put in a fake wall in the bedroom to cover the mould but even that was coming off the wall! It was so bad I woke with sore throat and watery eyes. As soon as I left the room, within an hour I was fine. The manager said they have no money to renovate so they’re not fixing it. Got a 50% refund but hotels.com take no responsibility for advertising a room that’s a health hazard!

Location was amazing, but the place is run down, cold showers, tv didn’t work, no fresh towels given, there was a little kids part in the pool, but the rest of the pool is really deep, breakfast was nice.

No hot water, trickle cold water in shower A tv but no reception No pool towels Badly bitten by bugs on legs, sandflies or cane bugs. Staff said oh don’t go on sand sunset. Been to Dr for hundreds of bites blistering Poor breakfast Just don’t book here

The location and beach frontage were great, that is where the positives ended. The room we were given on check in appeared ok until we realised the air con wasn’t working. We were given a replacement room only to find out the shower had no hot water. Changed to a third room which to say the least was underwhelming. Will not stay here again.

The perfect location for our stay. Beachfront with an amazing pool was a perfect way to spend our first afternoon. It was easy walk up or down the beach. Rooms were clean and big. Couldn’t fault it for the price!

I read the reviews and think I adjusted my expectations appropriately. I saw a bunch of 1 stars. Which I get. It’s a little run down. But also. What are people expecting for a $30 room right on the beach? It was clean enough and very convenient! The staff were all very nice. The pool did turn my friend hair green. But it was chill other than that. The drinks were good! And the vibe was nice. Good AC and clean sheets are a plus. I give it a 5 star bcs it met my expectations and everyone was super nice.

Disgusting, we switched to a different hotel

The room was disgusting. The water and air conditioning didn’t work and there was mold everywhere, even on the headboard near where you sleep. We’ve stayed at some pretty questionable places during our 1 month trip in Indonesia, but this one was so bad we didn’t even stay the night. There are many great bungalows and hotels that are very clean and less money down the beach in waiter direction, no reason to ever stay at ScoobyDoo

Good value for the price, great beach views

Overall the hotel was good but you have you understand the level of accommodation on this little island. A bit older property and fairly well maintained. Staff very helpful and the sea views are amazing from the pool and bar/restaurant areas.

Good hotel on the beach

Stayed over a week. Mist if the time it was good but there is a beach club a couple of doors away with sometimes over 1000 Chinese for the day. Very loud. There is no shade around the pool and only a handful of sunbeds. They have beanbags on the beach but all the dogs urinate on them. They smell super bad. Linen in rooms and in the restaurant could do with replacing due to staining and holes. The rooms themselves are comfy and they are spacious.

Clean and Spacious in a good location

The room was clean and spacious. However the hot water heater wasn't working well. Each time we take a quick bathe, the hot water only lasted for 15 seconds and after that it would be cold all the way. Luckily it is a hot island so cold water is fine. Staff was helpful and attentive though. Good food nearby too. Wifi was not very strong too. But it's an island and it's a getaway so I wouldnt fault it too much.

The location is awesome ,right on the beach but rooms may need updating specifically the pillows. The stuff was helpful but some can get annoying trying to sell you tours, boat tickets or motorbike rentals.

Trevligt och prisvärt hotell med fantastiskt läge mot havet. Alldeles vid stranden. Fin pool. Det som drog ner betyget var att personen var lite tråkig samt att det bodde en hel råttfamilj i ett tempel i baren. 5-6 råttor kilade ogenerat upp och ner hela tiden utan att personalen reagerade. Internet var extremt dåligt och svajigt.
