El trato de los empleados inmejorable, siempre pendientes de que no nos faltase nada. Las instalaciones limpias, la cama súper cómoda, la cabaña preciosa, el desayuno riquísimo. Además muy bien ubicado, cerca de las playas.

Hotel overbooked and we were moved

We had a really disappointing experience. We arrived early on our arrival day, hoping to leave our luggage and head out. The staff member on the front desk said the room was being cleaned so we could check in early in an hour or so if we would like. We agreed to pop back then after getting a bite to eat. When we returned we checked in, unpacked some items and headed to the beach. Upon return we were told they had accepted another booking for 9 rooms and so we would need to move to another one of their properties. They had packed up our room and would drop us by bike. We could then return the following day to stay in the hotel for our remaining 2 nights. Whilst we can’t fault Putu and his colleague who helped and were the middle men having to pack and move our stuff, I’m extremely disappointed with the owner for being greedy and taking on additional bookings which were only for 1 night and messing us around. Not once did the owner apologise or communicate these changed to us. I contacted hotels.com to request a partial refund for that night and the inconveniences but the owner refused. This is extremely disappointing and I really feel for the staff that were working as they were great and it shouldn’t reflect on them.

Amazing accommodation :)

We‘ve stayed for 2 nights and the accommodation was great. We had a huge private hut and have done a snorkeling trip to Manta point and crystal bay with a private boat (we were only 4 people). The staff was great as well- thanks for the nice stay!

Personalet var enormt søde, værelset var meget rent og fint. Super hyggelige omgivelser og lækker pool. Vil anbefale at man lejer en scooter, hvilket man kan gøre på hotellet ganske billigt. Eneste minus var morgenmaden som var meget begrænset og uden meget smag.

Royal Retreat was een fijne accommodatie wat betreft de ligging. Je hebt twee top eetplekken, Sandy Bay Beach Club en Oishii restaurant, op geen 5 min afstand van Royal Retreat vandaan. We werden warm verwelkomt en werden altijd goed geholpen door het personeel. Enige min punt was dat de badkamer er erg oud uit zag. We wilde er geen seconde in zijn en douchte echt zsm om weg te kunnen uit de badkamer. Het is erg verroest, oud, vies en heeft kalk. Daarnaast douche je met zout water. Dus je voelt je niet heel schoon na een douche.

Overbooking e cafe da manhã muito demorado.

Apesar de ter realizado reserva com antecedência pelo hotéis.com, um funcionário afirmou que havia um problema no quarto e nos realocou o primeiro dia na pousada ao lado que era inferior. Percebemos que se tratava de um overbooking , mas não tivemos nem pedido de desculpas. Outro motivo de desagrado é a demora no preparo do café da manhã. Não é aceitável esperar todos os dias 1hora para se fazer ovos, 1 suco e ter uma porção de frutas..

Al bij al een OK-verblijf maar bij check in was er geen kamer vrij... boeking was 2 maanden op voorhand geregeld maar dat is dus blijkbaar niet van belang zo bleek en eerste nacht in nabij gelegen hotel moeten overnachten... Water van de kraan/douche is brak water. Service is best OK, ze deden hun best om je van alles te voorzien wanneer gevraagd. Locatie is goed, nabij toeristische plekken gelegen en Oishi Sushi resto (topper!!!) maar ik zou eerder aan de Mahagiri beach logeren de volgende keer gezien de betere/relaxe stranden en resto’s

Great stay!

Everything was great. Location, room/villa but the air conditioning would always be blowing on your body no matter how much we tried to adjust it. It would reach a temperature and become hot instantly. I would suggest either somehow moving it or a sheild of some sort to stop the cold air hitting directly where you are sleeping. Bed was very comfortable but temperature just wouldnt get right. Fantastic grounds and great breakfast!

Delicate decoration of the room, the soft lawn and beautifully arranged garden - I had the most amazing stay here. Even though it's a little far from the main street, with scooter it wasn't a problem. Worth the stay.

여기 주인분 포함 일하시는분들 전부다 완전 친절합니당ㅎ 항상 웃어주시는 ketut 덕분에 덩달아 즐거웠어요~ 렘봉안 드림비치에 도보이동 가능한 거리에 위치하고있어서 좋고, 조금 멀리 투어하러 나갈때는 직원분들이 태워주셔서 편하게 다닐수 있었어요~ 그리고 발리 와서 먹은 미고랭 중에 이 빌라에서 먹은 미고랭이 단연 최고였어요!ㅎㅎ 좋은추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다~~
