Second time back here we love it!!!! If you want quiet though make sure you have a back room As front villas are noisy until approx 10.30pm with music in the bar. So close to everything beautiful pool and food and playground a must for kids!

This is a beautiful property that has a fantastic restaurant attached to the accommodation. The location is superb with many other restaurants and easy few minutes walk away with the beach only being 300metres across the road. Our breakfast we had there every morning was a wonderful selection. I have to say the linen in our room was exquisite. And it was the most comfortable bed I slept in in the long time. Lovely staff. The whole establishment is very well run

Nice Stay for Value

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Overall, the room was very clean, the pool was super nice (!), and the restaurant is decent for a quick meal. While we did not incur anything major - my main complaint from making 5 stars is the air conditioning. Like many other Bali hotels, it did not get very cold even at night making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The door between the bathroom and room is a bit heavy but does a good job keeping the heat from the bathroom out of the room.

In need of maintenance.

The property is a little run down and needs some basic maintenance. Our toilet kept breaking and someone had to come in to fix it every two flashes. There was no amenities. The electricity gone off at midnight and we could not find anyone to assist. The wifi signal was very week and there was mosquitos everywhere. On the positive note, the pool was very nice and the rooms were specious and clean. Good for 2 nights but you could probably find a better place for the same price.

Really lovely staff (we have a 2 year old and they were fantastic with him, and entertained him a lot). Rooms are very clean and big, bed is comfortable and the pool is awesome and was perfect for small children as half the pool is shallow. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay the staff were fantastic & helped in any way they could It's only a small 8 villa resort which is what I wanted & like Rooms were great but bathroom could do with small maintenance eg tapes In short fantastic stay and would stay again

The staff and our room were excellent. We liked the fact that this was a small hotel with lots of privacy. Loved the pool, though a little too warm to actually swim in. Our only complaint, (and to be fair this is probably beyond the hotel's control but something should be done) would be the motorbikes that speed up and down the road on the evening, often driven by kids.

The staff was wonderful and helpful for making arrangements. Rental motor scooters were delivered to the hotel, snorkeling boat trips were arranged and local knowledge of the surf spots with daily condition reported.

location is close to the beach, about a 10/15 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants/cafes so a bicycle or scooter may be preferable. room was huge, with decent air con, fridge & tv. bathroom was open to outdoors which meant there were a lot of mosquitoes lurking in there, I got bitten quite a lot. a big hotel is being constructed over the road so the noise can be a problem if you like a sleep-in!

I strongly recommend this hotel for young couples since its very reasonable price with a good condition of room & restaurant. And foods are very tasty with affordable price as well.
