Double check which view you pay for.

Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. Breakfast was basic, the location was nice and peaceful but rough ride to get there. Food was basic but fresh. Bathroom was partly outside with the white stone floor but slippery and covered in mould/moss. Bed was comfy. Area was quiet, aircon kept us cool at night.

I have no idea why this place is rated well

I stayed in Bali Belva for a full week, which was about 7 days too many. The website says that there is hot water, but that is only true about 50% of the time. The door to the outdoor bathroom was completely broken so you had to yank it open. The cabin behind mine also had a view into said bathroom. Combine these things and you are putting on a robe and struggling with a broken door at midnight just to use the toilet. Also, there is about a one inch gap between the door and the wall so every bug gets in. Most importantly, I showed the staff on three occasions and they always told me that it would be fixed "tomorrow". In general, the staff was terrible and refused to help with anything. Whenever I would ask for help with a tour, they would tell me to go to Mushroom beach. I don't understand why other reviews spoke highly of the staff because they literally refused to help me with anything. Lastly, the food was not great, but not completely terrible. I simply could never recommend this place to anyone.

Idílico

Idílico hotel para descansar, vistas increíbles, cama enorme y cómoda y buen trato. Pegas: el camino al hotel está fatal tanto caminando como en moto y nada de iluminación. Respecto al baño, a pesar de ser original, el empedrado tiene moho y el wc tiene poca fuerza. A pesar de las cosas citadas a mejorar volveríamos sin dudarlo, al igual que recomendarlo.

Foi minha pior experiencia nessa viagem que fiz a Bali. Atendimento ruim, quiseram me cobrar pela cama extra, apesar de ter contrato um quarto para 03 pessoas e pagar o preço por isso.. Sem estrutura para o café da manhã, demoram mais de 40 minutos para entregar o mais simples "ovos mexidos e suco" um absurdo...quase perdi passeio e tive que deixar de tomar o cafe por conta dessa demora... Durante a noite foi feita uma queimada no terreno ao lado da minha acomadação gerando muita fumaça e apesar de ter levantado e acordado o vigia noturno, nada foi feito ..acabei não conseguindo dormir preocupado com a situação...enfim...NÃO RECOMENDO!!
