Laboa is a quiet home located a stone's throw from the center of the coastal town of Lekeitio and a 5-minute walk from Isuntza beach. It does not have parking, but it is easy to leave the car next to the house for a while before arrival, since parking is free next to the house all year round, and the town's free deterrant park is less than 10 minutes away walking. Access to the home is from Laboa Street at portal number 6. It is a first floor with an elevator located in a quiet residential area of the town and has a supermarket (Eroski) very close.



An excellent option to enjoy the wonders of Lekeitio, which has excellent beaches, a port with a sea flavor, which you can savor in the excellent restaurants that are next to the same boats that bring the best fish in the area, guided by the the only visitable lighthouse in Euskadi and flanked by the island of Garraitz which you can access only at low tide. Sea and mountains within reach in a wonderful environment that you can enjoy by choosing our home.



Outside of the excellence of the coastal town, you can enjoy up close the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, the mysticism of the hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe or delve into history, remembering the bombing of Gernika, the well-known painting by Picasso , the tree of said town, symbol of Basque freedoms… In addition to having the capitals of Euskadi just one hour away by car.

Laboa is a house for 4 people distributed in two exterior rooms. One with a 1.50m double bed and another smaller one with two bunk beds with 0.80m beds, ideal for a couple with children, both with a closet to store clothes. It has a bright room with views of the typical green Basque countryside, with two sofas to enjoy relaxing inside the house. It has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with white tones that provide light and a pistachio-colored countertop that adds color to the environment. It is well equipped, with everything necessary to cook and clean what is used to enjoy the meals prepared there, as it has an oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher... It also has a small balcony where you can breathe air cool.



In short, a great opportunity to enjoy the town and the surroundings, staying in a quiet house with everything you need to enjoy it, including free WIFI for the entire home.

Do not book with them.We had a change in plans, but cancellation was no longer possible and no part refund out of goodwill was offered (OK, since strict booking conditions apply).We then tried to rearrange other options to slightly adapt dates, which would have resulted in travelling 3 nights for the price of the 5 nights already paid for, but we were willing to at least use some of the money spent.They confirmed that the newly requested period was available, but we would have to go through the booking plattform, where we originally did the reservation. (which is also OK of course).So we did exactly that and the rebooking request was sent from the plattform to baskey rentals.Only after rechecking with baskey rentals (as recommended by the booking platform), we received the answer that the rebooking request was declined and that what they really wanted was that we additionally pay one more night on the platform. That would have resulted in paying 6 nights for staying 3 nights!Since we were planning to travel in peak season, the 3 unused nights after rebooking would have probably been easily sold by them as well.I have worked more then a decade in tourism myself, but hardly met such a bad service mentality and cannot recommend any booking with this agency - be it directly or through a platform.We wish for them to change their customer attitude so other travellers do not need to make similar experiences.
