Our historic Gründerzeithaus was built in 1891 and completely renovated in 1993. The apartments were by 2014 newly renovated in 2011, a level just 2km from the city center. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (-nzeile), bedroom, living room and a separate bathroom, some with a tub in the apartment. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. Within walking distance is a shopping market (Mon-Sat 7-22 pm) and various shops in Reudnitz Center can be reached. Restaurants can also be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are located on the 2nd - 4th Floor of the house. Please note that our house has no lift. Our reception in. 1 OG is open Mon-Fri from 10-17 clock. We are happy to answer questions and assist in planning your trips. Most apartments have WiFi, which can be used free of charge. Ihrebn cars can park for free on our own, enclosed car park. For further information vacapps. de. For arrivals after 17 pm or on weekends, please call us at the date of the vote.

Schönes Apartment - passt alles

Das Apartment liegt mit der Straßenbahn nur 10 Minuten entfernt von der Innenstadt! Man kann auch laufen in ca 30 Minuten. Um die Ecke gibt es einige Läden und 2 Staba Haltestellen! Das Haus ist sehr schön restauriert worden und es kommt der Altbaucharm durch! Es gibt einen gemütlichen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht! Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir waren von der Größe begeistert. Unser Apartment „Pleiße“ hatte eine großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei großen Einzelbetten und zwei ausklappbaren Sofas! Für zwei Erwachsene und Kinder viel Platz vorhanden! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht ! (Super Nespresso Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer!). Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüßt und man hat uns noch Tipps gegeben wie wir am besten zum Stadion kommen. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam auch zu den Kindern! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Eine Nacht war einfach zu kurz. Die Lage ist ruhig- Vorteil wenn man etwas aus der Innenstadt raus ist! Für Familien wirklich super! Danke!
