It is located in the trendy Südvorstadt district of Leipzig on a quiet side street of the famous pub mile “Karli” (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.). Therefore, you will find the hustle and bustle of the pub, cabaret and alternative scene in the immediate vicinity. In addition to the various options for going out, a diverse cultural program is offered here. Parking is possible on the roadside, but there is also a good & fast connection to the center by public transport. Fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, all utensils & basic food items as well as a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer are available and make the apartment also suitable for longer stays. Tea towels, dishcloths or Sponges, kitchen rolls and cleaning agents are also available. In the comfortably furnished living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be quickly converted into a cozy bed. A flat screen TV is available for relaxed evenings. The sunny balcony invites you to linger.

The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
