It was convenient and nice spacious room, nice minimal decoration. Was hoping for at least a kettle or a small fridge in the room when advertised as an apartment but otherwise bathroom was nice with a bath but the plug did not seal properly and the water was not hot so only the shower could be used.

Good apartment hotel near railway station

The room was reasonably clean although there were a few cobwebs that could have been cleaned away. The kitchen area was reasonably well equipped and everything worked. The room was a little noisier than I would have liked, but this was partly due to its proximity to the front door. The street on which the apartment building is located is quite nondescript. The main railway station is, however, only a short walk away and it contains shops, including a supermarket, that sell everything you will need. Overall I was happy with the apartment and would certainly stay there again.

One night in Hentschels apartments

Unfortunately, as I had been away from home travelling for a number of days and only had a basic mobile phone, I did not receive the information for gaining access to the property, and was only able to get in as someone in another flat let me in. When I reached the correct floor, I found another guest, and with his help got someone from upstairs who seemed to have some connection with Hentschels who gave me a contact number. I called this and was given the number of my room and told the code for obtaining my key. The room itself was large and in good decorative order. There was a small balcony which was shared with the occupant of the next room, which I felt was a disincentive to sit out. There was no view. The shared bathroom was large and in very good condition. The property was 5 minutes walk from the railway and bus station.

The Hentschels are top notch!

We visited Leipzig as a stopover during a road trip from Prague through Germany. Opting for the apartment a little outside of the city center to save a little bit is money proved to be the perfect choice for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the appliances, furniture and decor was top notch. The Hentschels were extremely accommodating when the apartment we rented was not available and upgraded us to the penthouse. Amazing city line views from the terrace and a very decadent bath made for the perfect stay!! We would definitely recommend the apartments!

Really bad experience

Quite bad experience. The room was not cleaned from the previous guests and I could reach no one to assist me with the problem even I mailed, texted and called them. I had to go to another proper hotel. I hope that they will have the decency to refund my money and pay for the other hotel. The least can do for the inconvenience that they created. I am also not please of hotes.com because I couldn't find someone to assist me neither. I would avoid it 100%.

Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ca. 8 Min zu Laufen). Wohnungen total praktisch. Die Duschbedingungen sollten verbessert werden, denn bei einer schnellen Dusche wurde das ganze Bad nass, wenn das Wasser auslief.

Schoon appartement en heel eenvoudig inchecken dmv de kluis met sleutel. Appartement bevind zich dicht in de buurt van de tram maar ligt ook op loopafstand van het centrum. Enige minpuntje is de gordijnen die te smal zijn waardoor het licht binnen komt in de ochtend.

Leider war die Küche vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden, das Wasser im Spülbecken lief nicht mehr richtig ab und vom Vorbenutzer war das Geschirr noch in der Spülmaschine. Die Polster der Stühle waren kaputt und eine Vorhangstange ist herunter gekracht (war gefährlich, da diese sich direkt über den Kinderbetten befindet). Sonst war die Wohnung von den Räumlichkeiten und der Ausstattung her, sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!!!
