Very clean , great kitchen , poor shower .

Apartment was scrupulously clean which was wonderful !! lKitchen has great appliances and dishes etc , nice sitting area and back deck . Shower ran out of hot water half way through every shower and the shower head was set up such that one had to huddle in the corner to bathe or risk blowing out the curtain and flooding the floor . Did not get choice of bedrooms as one was locked ,seemed odd . Overall good experienced and would stay here again .

Great apartment in Leipzig. It was very clean and you will find everything you need to stay. The owners were very helpful and I can definitely recommend the place. It is located in a safe neighborhood with shops in walking distance. Parking was easy.

Perfect location a little outside of the city center.public transportation is around the corner as well as a park to play for kids. Pubs and bars are just 1/4 mile away. The only drawback is the parking in this area. But overall we loved the place.

Wir hatten nach einer Wohnung gesucht, die 2 Schlafzimmer hat und wahlweise im Erdgeschoß liegt, oder mit Aufzug erreichbar ist, da wir uns mit meiner 80-jährigen Mutter in Leipzig treffen wollten. Wir fanden diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon im Hochparterre, die über 5 Treppenstufen zu erreichen war. Unser Auto konnten wir bequem im Hof abstellen. Wir fanden alles vor, was für ein verlängertes Wochenende und sicher auch einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Einen Supermarkt findet man wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt und Haltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir den Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Hinterhof intensiv genutzt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und Gelegenheiten zum auswärts Essen befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden hier beim nächsten Leipzig-Besuch sicher wieder buchen.

Ruhige Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Wohnung war angenehm, sauber und ruhig. Es war sehr praktisch, einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben, da freie Parkplätze abends kaum zu finden sind. Mit der nahen Straßenbahn kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentrumsnah, trotzdem ruhig und bietet alles, was man sich für einen Kurzurlaub wünscht. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist Gold wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
