Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Dachgeschosswohnung in einer sehr schönen Villa im Leipziger Stadtteil Eutritzsch. Es gibt einen gepflegten Garten, nebenan ein Park und bis auf Kirchenglocken in der Nähe ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Straßenbahn erreicht man in 5 Minuten und von dort kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im obersten Stock, man muss also erst einmal viele Treppen steigen (wir haben gezählt: 77 Stufen). Ist man dann aber angekommen, erwartet einen eine sehr geräumige und hübsch gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit einem großen Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur eine Art Kammer unter der Dachschräge mit einem Einzelbett, aber auch das war sauber und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt :) Überhaupt gibt es viele Balken und Schrägen, sodass man sich als großer Mensch etwas vorsichtig bewegen muss. Die Küche funktioniert; es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für Kinder gibt es etwas Spielzeug oder einen Babystuhl. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit Wanne und Dusche. Bis auf einen defekten Wasserhahn war auch hier alles top. Sehr schön ist auch eine Art Balkon auf dem Dach. Dieser ist zwar zu klein, um darauf beispielsweise zu frühstücken, aber man kann dort stehen und hat einen tollen Blick über die Dächer der Gegend. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Sauber, groß und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank

Tolle Lage

Das Objekt ist wirklich toll. Leider hat der Check in nicht im 13.00 Uhr funktioniert, sondern erst um 16.30 Uhr. Aber das war nicht so wild, da wir in dieser Zeit die Altstadt erkundeten. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Kühlschrank befand sich ein alter angefressener Döner. Auch der Backofen war noch mit Essenresten vor Vorgänger bestückt. Die Küche war nicht gereinigt worden. So befand sich Dreck um Besteckkasten und auf den ausziehbaren Schubladen der Küche. Eine Fensterreinigung mit Reinigung der Jalousien wäre zwingend notwendig.Bitte die Wohnung nicht mieten, sofern man wirklich mit 5 Personen verreist. Die Couch ist maximal für eine Person ausreichend. Dafür war die Lage des Objektes wirklich schön. Ein sehr schöne und gut instandbesetzte Villa.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zweite Sclafzimmer war allerdings nur eine Kammer. Etwas mehr Besteck und ein Radio fehlte uns. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden.
