Well, what a nice surprise! Seriously comfortable, seriously nice. Modern and sleek but not without personal touches - lovely breakfast with an excellent choice of food on offer. Very comfortable beds with lovely soft cotton sheets - really, much nicer than I expected.
Beautiful hotel in the middle of a small industrial area. Great location for the city centre, but a little tricky to get to if you dont know. Reception area is plush and vibrant and the rooms are second to none. Evening meals are a little on the expensive side. But thats what you get. in these types of hotel. Drink prices were extortionate though. The gym area was excellent. The only down side was that you had to pay for the car park which seems absolutely ridiculous and for that Im marking it as 8/10
This is the second time I have stayed here and it didn't fail me at all. Just as good as the first time. We are t in the hotel restaurant Mex which was good value. The portions were healthy. The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for business or pleasure.
This is my 4th stay at this hotel. It's clean, modern, and in a great location. The staff are friendly, the food is excellent and the rooms are of a high standard too. Bar prices a tad high but there is nice atrium area to enjoy a nice evening.
Superb hotel, brilliant customer service, amazing value, great little additions to make it even more special. I cant fault this place, they really made our stay extra special, looked after us at every opportunity, tasty food, great location, clean large modern rooms. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying with you again very soon.
This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and will definitely be coming again!! The hotel was clean and spacious from the front desk right up to the room we stayed in. Was here with family for a wedding and could not have asked for more. Staff were really accommodating especially Nida at the front reception and Robbie in the restaurant. Only slight gripe was the poached eggs were rubbery and where we ate breakfast felt a little cold and corporate due to the fact we were seated in a conference hall however both small prices to pay for an otherwise excellent stay!
Overall a nice stay. Only down point was the bar area being cold due to the doors being constantly open. Plus points very nice room, good service and nice food. Have to say the scrambled eggs at breakfast were amazing
I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and has never let me down. This stay was for one night but non the less a very pleasant experience. The ambience of the hotel is great, the staff were excellent from check-in through to check-out, and the room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Oh.. and the breakfast was fantastic too!
Positives: The staff, very efficient & polite Great beds Quiet Negatives: Hidden charges, £5 for parking and a charge for internet anywhere other than the foyer - not great for business people Not walkable into Leicester
Seems nice so far. We were 5 minutes away in Leicester driving from London to Manchester and decided to reserve on-line. The front desk staff are very nice and when I asked about an upgrade they explained their policy of adding a pair of slippers, coffee maker and robes as the upgrade -(lol). We’ve had such a range of experiences this year with our Platinum/Diamond/Royal Ambassador membership levels. St Regis Mexico City (SPG) amazing; Managua Intercontinental Nicaragua amazing; Marriott Panama very nice; Hilton Paddington Station awesome; - not sure about committing to a Brand but looking forward to Manchester for comparison before heading home. We’re doing Marriott Copenhagen next month but think that if you want consistently good service - St. Regis, Ritz Carlton and Waldorf never disappoint....loved Marriott New Delhi and Jaipur.
