Great comfortable experience

Stayed alone as family member was in hospital overnight nearby. Felt very safe and all colleagues were helpful and understanding of my uncertainty with some aspects of my stay. Beautifully appointed room, everything you need without having to ask. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Leicester. And such close proximity to Leicester Rugby Stadium for any rugby fans.

Noisy neighbours

I booked a balcony room and the people in the neighbouring room were had their balcony door open, music on and guests from other rooms in their suite until after 2am. I did speak to reception but there isn't a lot they can do about other people being inconsiderate. The room itself is genuinely lovely and I'd have loved it if the sun had been out and my neighbours hadn't been so annoying. Book a different room here unless you want to risk a group of drunk people screaming outside your window all night I really like this hotel and it's not really their fault but I didn't really get any sleep last night because I had an early start

Primarily stayed here for niece’s graduation, so we just stayed one night.. but the overall experience was all good, we informed the hotel in advanced that we would have some flowers delivered and they took good care of that. The only grip if I had to say was the location from the station is a quite a long walk with all your luggages but otherwise all was a good stay.
