The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable.

We were visiting family in Leguevin and the apartment is in a perfect location. The balcony is large and a perfect sun trap for a morning cup of coffee. We would not hesitate to use the apartment again.

La propriétaire ne s'est même pas déplacée pour nous accueillir!

La propriétaire ne s'est même pas déplacée pour nous accueillir! Le jour même de notre arrivée et bien silence radio jusqu'à presque 17h30 (elle ne répondait pas à mes messages). Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure devant la résidence sans nouvelle quand ENFIN la propriétaire nous a répondu! Il a fallu chercher les clés sous le paillasson et rentrer sans elle dans la location! Nous n'avons jamais eu d'excuses de la part de la propriétaire, pour elle cette situation est tout à fait normal. Je n'ai jamais vu ça. Il a fallu mettre le chèque de caution dans la boîte aux lettres car visiblement elle ne voulait pas nous croiser. La première fois que nous l'avons vu c'est pour la remise des clés et l'état des lieux. Franchement nous sommes déçus de l'accueil MAIS l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal (la piscine est un plus) et c'est peut-être pour cette raison que cette personne peut tout se permettre.

Appartement très bien

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en juillet en famille. L'appartement correspond à la description, bien situé, propre, la piscine et la terrasse sont de vrai plus ! RAS vous pouvez y aller. Quelques remarques par rapport au photo, il y a 1 canapé (et non 2), et il n'y a plus de barbecue ( la copro à changé le règlement). Parking gratuit dehors, intérieur payant en supplément et linge de maison à amener, sinon supplément. Pour les horaires ils y ont été flexible et semble n'habite pas trop loin.

L appartement de Mme Andrée Coll que nous (2) avons loué à Lèguevin pour 5 jours en mai 2018 mérite vraiment une excellente appréciation : quartier d'immeubles calme, appartement spacieux, accueillant et propre, avec beaucoup de place de rangement, remarquablement équipé avec de nombreux appareils pour la cuisine, la toilette et le ménage.... Nous étions venus pour suivre un séminaire et notre seul regret est de n'avoir pas plus profité des possibilités et du confort de ce logement que nous recommandons vivement, même dans le cas où la météo obligerait à rester à l'intérieur.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé malgré l'absence de portes entre salon et la chambre. Très bien situé, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, à proximité d'un centre commercial (2 minutes à pied) On recommande!

L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé et la literie est de très bonne qualité . Malheureusement la propreté des lieux est plus qu'approximative : poussière dans toutes les pièces ,baignoire avec poils et cheveux , sèche -serviettes inutilisable car trop encrassé,et cerise sur le gâteau , toilettes plus que douteuses !!!!!; Bref une bonne heure de ménage est nécessaire avant de s'installer. A signaler également l'absence d'accueil par la propriétaire; tous les échanges se font par téléphone.

Sur le temps de notre séjour , le calme a régné toutes les nuits puisque la journée , nous profitions du beau temps pour voyager . Il y a eu deux petits détails un peu gênants , le manque de rideau de douche c'est une baignoire ( pas pratique et difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau au sol ) et la difficulté de stationnement devant le logement car contrairement à l'annonce , il n'y a pas de place attitrée à l'appartement . Toutefois il y en a pas très loin . Nous conseillons cet endroit et sommes près à y retourner une fois prochaine .

Immeuble récent et calme.

Beau et grand deux pièces situé à proximité d'un supermarché et de commerces. Un grand lit en 160 et un canapé pour coucher 4 personnes. La cuisine ouverte est équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une grande terrasse couverte avec table et fauteuils permet de profiter de l'extérieur. Tout est fonctionnel, salle de bains, chauffage électrique. Un véhicule est nécessaire car la commune est un peu excentrée par rapport à Toulouse et les transports en commun sont inexistants pour s'y rendre. Stationnement aisé devant l'appartement. En conclusion, si on a un véhicule, c'est un excellent choix. La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Bel appartement bien équipé, confortable et très agréable. A conseiller sans réserve.

Geräumig und ruhig

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen netten Urlaub. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 100m entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber und wirkt gepflegt. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind wie beschrieben vorhanden und funktionsfähig.

Très joli lieu dans une résidence clôturée et fort bien entretenue. La piscine étant mise en eau lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas testé. La terrasse est très agréable. L'appart bien conçu et décoré avec goût. Rien ne manque ! En plus un Super U et station service sont très proches ( on peut y aller à pied). Literie extra ! A recommander !
