Former farmhouse completely refurbished, the barn, main room offers a warm and friendly space where it is good to gather.
A games room with a pool table and a kicker, a cozy living room with 65 inch TV and open fire, and a brighter and more colorful one for the little ones also with 65 inch TV.
The house has 6 bedrooms with very high quality bedding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Another space is equipped with a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a large sauna and a hydro-jet shower.
A large 120m2 terrace, including 45m2 covered with a roof, gives access to a plot of 35 ares.
The barbecue, deckchairs, large tables guarantee you a pleasant time outside.

stilvolles und großes Ferienhaus

sehr modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit vielen Zimmern, tolle Terrasse, guter Whirlpool und Sauna Netter Gastgeber, aber strenge Vorschriften/ Hausregeln, aufgrund der sehr peniblen und überempfindlichen Nachbarn schwierig für große Gruppen, die etwas Spaß haben wollen, Ausstattung grundsätzlich top, aber Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel etc. müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann man gegen eine Gebühr ausleihen (5 bzw. 15 Euro) oder man bringt sich auch diese Sachen selbst mit.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis met alle voorzieningen.

Heel aangenaam verblijf in deze vakantiewoning. Er was enkel een misverstand of het bedlinnen inclusief was in de prijs, wat ik wel zo had begrepen. De buren komen makkelijk klagen indien er na 22u nog lawaai is buiten. En met een grote groep is dit soms moeilijk te voorkomen. Zeer proper sanitair en goede bedden. Voldoende materiaal voorzien in de keuken.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war außerordentlich gut! Der Check-in verlief super. Das Haus samt Grundstück ist perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Wellnessbereich ist einfach toll. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Superbe maison avec tout le confort. A recommander.

La maison est vraiment magnifique, chaleureuse et confortable. Les différentes pièces permettent à toute la famille et aux amis de s'occuper : 2 salons, 1 feu ouvert, 1 grand pièce de jeu avec billard et kicker, un espace wellness agréable avec sauna et jacuzzi. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et les lits vraiment confortables et de très bonne qualité. La maison est parfaitement entretenue avec un grand jardin clôturé. L'emplacement est idéal pour toutes les balades dans l'immense forêt ardennaise. Il y a beaucoup de magasins proposant des produits artisanaux et du terroir dans les environs, les magasins à environ 10 minutes, le lac de Neufchâteau à 15 minutes. Toute le monde a été enchanté du séjour dans cette vieille ferme rénovée. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.
