The room fitted the price , the staff were kind and accommodating but there is a recycle place across the road and it has a smell like a tip which was not very good for the business, Arana suites is a cute place very quiet and lovely

The Arana Suites is a definite must.. Rooms are nice, bed very comfy, nice breakfast in your room. Staff are very friendly & helpful. It’s in a very quiet area & only a 20 min walk to main street .. Would definitely stay here again …

Charming & Quiet Stay

I had a wonderfully quiet and comfortable stay here, enjoying the sense of privacy amidst lush greenery and a charming outdoor space. The breakfast, though limited, was delightful, and the location struck a perfect balance—just outside the hustle and bustle yet within a 25-minute walk to the boardwalk. I appreciated the opportunity to get some exercise daily. The room was well-appointed with a small fridge, a water decanter, and a kimono. However, I did experience some issues with communication prior to my stay, as my emails went unanswered. Additionally, I wasn't informed about the need to order breakfast the night before, and the Wi-Fi password wasn’t provided at check-in. Despite these hiccups, the staff was genuinely friendly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful.

10 minute walk to everything you need.

Great staff, very welcoming, big beds clean rooms, pool, light menu, breakfast ok. A great place to stay, Easy to get to supermarket, shopping, beach 10-15 minute walk. Room sizes great, looking for a quiet happy place I would recommend, as I 1st time visitor with 3 children was happy with all, kids loved it, (no kids club, pool size great). We had 2 rooms with with own sitting eating area mini fridge,microwave. Definitely will be happy to stay there again.

I was only here for a night, it was a true little gem in what was a pretty decrepit area by the looks of it. The staff were always friendly and smiling and the morning brekkie want too bad. Watch out for the smoke dusting though, it's for the mozzies and is done all over Bali

3 supermarts 2mins walk, central and quite.

i had trouble accessing my gmail acc. the staff at arana allowed me to use their computer, and i would to thank them again for that.

Poor location

Hotel off the beaten track in a very run down area. Taxi drivers didn't know it & had trouble finding it. There is construction in the area & the hotel itself is noisy. There is supposedly a shuttle bus to the shops & beach but every time I tried to get it was told "just left". Staff were not very helpful.
