Wir haben den 'Urlaub' nach der Hälfte der Zeit abgebrochen. Bereits bei der Ankunft war die Enttäuschung groß: - Waschbecken in den Bädern verstopft. Nach Info an Happy Rentals wurde uns ein Abflussreiniger vor die Tür gestellt. Die Gebrauchsanweisung auf italienisch, was wir leider nicht sprechen.- Sofa schmutzig und fleckig. Der Bezug an den Armlehnen blättert ab. Die Krümel liegen auf dem Sitz. Arbeitsplatte, Tischplatte und die Schränke under den Waschbecken quellen auf. Im oberen Bad ist zudem der Abfluss undicht. Bei Wasserverbrauch bildet sich eine Pfütze darunter. - Mangelde Hygiene. Bei Ankunft war eine Toilette nicht gespült, Haare und Schmutzreste im Waschbecken. Der Boden war nur dürftig gereinigt.- Die Fotos auf der Homepage sind geschönt. So sieht diese Wohnung nicht (mehr) aus. - Straßenlärm von endlos vorbei fahrenden Autos und Motorrädern direkt hinter dem Haus. In der Anzeige wurde auf die Außenterrasse hingewiesen, auf der man sich entspannen kann. Dies ist zu keiner Tageszeit möglich, da der Lärmpegel enorm ist.Schlaf ist nur mit Ohrschutz möglich. - Baulärm. In der Wohnung unter uns wurde über Tage eine Wohnung renoviert. Es wurde gehämmert, gesägt und gebohrt. - Es gab keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für jede Strecke benötigte man das Auto.Einzig die Nähe zum See ist positiv zu bewerten.
