Splendid attic in a period villa. 3 beds. Very bright living room to spend pleasant evenings of relaxation and serenity. Bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. Environment completely renovated and finely furnished. Overlooking the terrace to enjoy wonderful sunsets. Excellent starting point for visiting the wonderful places offered by LAKE MAGGIORE but also by all the surrounding hills. Just 500 meters from the splendid sandy beach, and excellent restaurants by the lake.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, an electric kettle, and a dining table.

A lovely vacation

The accommodation is great. There is everything you need for the holiday. The location is also great. Very quiet location and yet within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot at the lake. There is a lot to discover in the area. In addition, the landlady gave us many good tips for excursions and sights. In addition, she was briefly on site almost every day and is a very loveable and helpful woman. All in all, it was a great holiday, we would love to come back.
