For shared use: natural state property with trees. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 210 cm. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Sangiano" 2.9 km, shingle beach 3 km, rocky beach 130 m (small), grass beach "Arolo" 1.4 km. Natürlicher italienischer Fler

Der Aufenthalt war toll, wir hatten zu 5 Platz ohne Ende. Das Möbelia ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Küche hingegen war voll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war super aber auch hier, sollten neu Möbel her. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Urlaub 2023

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (17) eine Woche dort. Positiv Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, wenn man Natur pur will. Die Zimmer waren genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ. Am Haus Kein Wlan, Fernseher gab es nur italienische Programme. Umgebung Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 10km entfernt. Keine Freizeitangebote wie Bootsverleih, Fahrradverleih. ect. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter somit konnten wir jeden Tag am See verbringen.

Schöne Lage mit mit schönem Ausblick

Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit: die Straße war leider auch in der Nacht zu hören und ein Hund bellte gerne lange in der Nacht. Für Beides kann man aber nicht die Gastgeberin in die Verantwortung nehmen. Im umgebenden Wald konnte man trotz der Wärme gut spazieren und auch bequem zur nächsten Fährstation (ca. 30 Minuten) laufen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Sehr schön.

Super schöne Lage, mitten im grünen, etwas abseits der Gemeinde Arolo. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Ferienhäuser und die große Grünanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub mitten im grünen Jungle.
